Workout from Tuesday, November 2, 2010

This is a great workout even though I couldn't make all of the intervals or finish the last set!  Thanks Laurel.

200 Warm Up

4x [150 swim
       3x50 kick descending]

2x [ 150 on 2:00, 50 fast on :40]

200 pull with H5 (breathing every fifth stroke)

2x [ 150 on 2:10, 75 fast on 1:00]

200 pull

2x [ 150 on 2:20, 100 fast on 1:30]

200 pull

2x [ 150 on 2:30, 125 fast on 1:50]
